How it Works
Please note that all psychological approach is regulated by Brazilian legislation as contained in the Psychologist’s Code of Ethics as in the International Declaration of Human Rights.
Once you decide to start your personal therapeutic process, you can text me via Whatsapp App or via e-mail to set an appointment. To protect your privacy please consider to use your own devices, with antivirus program. Also it is recommended a good internet connection as well camera and headphone. Choose a calm and private place to increase the level of confidentiality.
After booking, bank data will be available for payment. Then a link will be created and shared by e-mail to proceed the consultation via Zoom or Google Meet.
Sessions use to take 50min for individual therapy and 1h30min for couple therapy.

Online psychotherapy
Provision of psychological services through information and communication technologies regulated by Brazilian CFP Resolution No. 11/2018 (document in Portuguese).
Adult Individual Psychotherapy
It is a process of self-knowledge, which helps in the understanding of psychological symptoms and emotional conflicts present in the lives of all adults, affected by the stress of modern life, the search for fulfillment and survival.
One of the main benefits of individual therapy is that it can help you to explore your own personal and relational issues and dynamics that might be affecting any of your relationships (inside your family, with your partner, at working places or even most important: with yourself).
Psychotherapy for Couples
It is the treatment of the couple as a single social system, with its own structure and patterns of communication, aiming to help its members to seek strategies for working with their demands.
